This project was done for the assignment in my drawing class "draw from your own picture". The girl I used as my reference photo is one of my friends and I thought her eyes looked cool so I decided to draw her. I originally drew this piece in graphite but traced over her eyes and hair in sharpie, leaving the shading on her face graphite, while the flowers on her hair are colored in colored pencil. I don't think it turned out very well because the shape of her eyes don't match the picture and the flowers don't look very realistic, I need to continue trying to advance in blending of colored pencils.
